BEEF PORCUPINES 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. uncooked rice
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. salt
10 1/2 oz. can condensed tomato soup
1 1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
1 c. water

Mix first 6 items with 1/4 condensed soup, and form into 1 1/2 inch balls. Brown meat balls and garlic in oil. Then blend in soup about 40 minutes, until rice is tender.
