MARION'S GREEN PEPPER CASSEROLE 
1 c. green pepper
1 1/4 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 c. saltine cracker, crushed by hand
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter

Remove seeds and stems from green peppers. Coarsely chop or grind. Place one half of the pepper and cheese in the bottom of a greased casserole. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Repeat layers. Pour milk into casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until top is nicely browned.
