MEXICAN DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can red enchilada sauce
1 can green chilies, chopped
1 lb. Velveeta Mexican cheese (mild or hot)
Tabasco sauce (to taste)
Nacho chips

Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Mix with remaining ingredients except Tabasco and chips. "Nuke" in microwave, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted. Add Tabasco to taste. Serve with Nacho chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
