MEXICAN DIP | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can red enchilada sauce 1 can green chilies, chopped 1 lb. Velveeta Mexican cheese (mild or hot) Tabasco sauce (to taste) Nacho chips Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Mix with remaining ingredients except Tabasco and chips. "Nuke" in microwave, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted. Add Tabasco to taste. Serve with Nacho chips. |
