MEAT WONG TONGS 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage meat
1/2 can water chestnuts
2 chopped green onions
Garlic powder
Ground ginger
Soy sauce

Partially cook meat and drain. Add remaining ingredients. Place 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoon on wong tong skin, seal with water. Fry in oil until lightly browned.
