PEACH COBBLER 
1 lg. can peaches in heavy syrup
1 c. sugar
1 c. Jiffy mix (biscuit mix)
1 c. milk
1 stick butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place stick of butter in pan, put in oven to melt.

Mix sugar, Jiffy mix and milk. Pour mixture into pan with melted butter. Place peaches on mixture and pour remaining juice on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until dough is golden brown.

Curiously, I decided to make this cobbler and put all the ingredients together;even more curious that it will turn out right. The mixture is watery when put together. But to my surprise, when added to melted butter it perks up. Yay!! So excited to try it, thanks for sharing your recipe!

I have used this recipe for years! I don't make cobbler any other way. Pick a fruit and you have a cobbler! Just made two blackberry cobblers.
