MOM'S BLUEBERRY PIE 
4 c. blueberries
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar (or lemon juice)
2 tbsp. butter

Mix berries with sugar, flour, salt and vinegar. Pour into pastry lined pie pan. Dot with butter. Cover with lattice crust.

Bake in very hot 450 degree oven for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees. Bake 20 to 30 minutes longer.
