CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM SOUP 
6 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. diced celery
1/2 onion, diced
12 mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. cooked white meat
Dash salt
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 eggs, well beaten

Combine broth, celery and onion; cook until tender then add mushroom and chicken. Boil about 10 minutes. Add salt, pepper and sauce. Add eggs gradually until firm. Serve at once. Serves 6 - 8.
