MEAT MARINADE 
1/2 c. Yoshida's Oriental Sauce (Costco)
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. wine
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. lemon pepper
2 tsp. Mrs. Dash

Marinate skinned chicken pieces or other meat for 12 to 24 hours. Barbecue or other methods.
