LEMON CHEESE CAKE 
5 eggs
3 c. cake flour
1/2 stick butter
2 c. sugar
1 c. sweet milk
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix flour and baking powder together. Add alternately eggs, milk, flour beating well after each addition ending with flour. Bake in 350 degree oven about 30 minutes. Four layers.

FILLING:

2 lemons grated and squeezed
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 tbsp. flour
1 egg

Beat egg and mix with flour and butter. Add water and boil in double boiler until thick. Add lemon juice and cook until smooth. Spread top and sides of cake.
