PEACH PARFAITS 
Ripe peaches, sliced, depending on size - 1 for each serving, should be ripe
2 to 3 tbsp. orange juice, frozen or fresh
Cinnamon to taste
A sweet red wine to just cover peaches
Vanilla ice cream, scoop on top

Slice peaches in parfait glasses or a tall glass or a big wine glass. Add orange juice, cinnamon and wine. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with ice cream.

I used wild Irish rose wine, probably the cheapest brand on the market. Marsala would probably be ok but it's not so sweet.
