STUFFED STEAK 
2 lg. slabs of round (tenderized) steak or flank (tenderized) steak

Rub steak down with soy sauce. Brown: 1 jar mushrooms, chopped (optional) 1 c. diced celery 1 stick butter 2 beef bouillon cubes

Break up 4 to 6 cups of dry bread. Add browned mixture to bread, add additional soy sauce and water to moisten bread. Lay dressing on beef and roll up. Place in glass baking dish and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Secure meat with toothpicks if needed.
