1/2 lb. butter
4 eggs
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
7-10 apples, cut in eighths
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

Cream butter; add sugar, then eggs, one at a time. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Add vanilla. Spread in a 9"x13" pan. Press in apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
