1 stick butter
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. season-all salt
2 c. Corn Chex cereal
2 c. Wheat Chex cereal
2 c. Rice Chex cereal
1 c. Cheerios cereal
2 c. thin pretzels sticks
1 c. peanuts

Melt and mix butter, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Toss lightly with cereal, pretzel, peanut mix. Bake in pan at 250 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
