ONE RABBIT 
Braise rabbit in skillet until brown, without flour.

SAUCE:

2 med. onions, diced
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. chili powder
2-3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. maple syrup

Mix above ingredients and bring to a boil.

Place rabbit in covered dish, pour sauce over rabbit (salt according to taste). Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until tender.
