ARTICHOKE SQUARES | |
1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 c. fine bread crumbs 1/8 tsp. oregano 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated 1 (14 oz.) can plain artichokes 1 sm. white onion, finely minced 4 eggs 2 tsp. parsley, finely minced 1/4 tsp. Tabasco Drain oil from marinated artichokes into skillet. Chop artichokes into small pieces. Set aside. Add onion and garlic to skillet and lightly saute. Add bread crumbs and season. Stir in cheese, parsley and other ingredients. Pour into greased 10 x 6 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool and cut into small squares. |
