2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp. cocoa

Mix sugar and oil together, add eggs. Beat well, add dry ingredients, add pumpkin and vanilla. Pour in greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter, softened
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
