STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 lb. hamburg
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can whole corn, drain
6 peppers
1 can tomato sauce
1 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. steak sauce

Cut tops off peppers, remove seeds, set in hot water and boil 5 minutes. Brown hamburg and onions, drain. Stir in corn, tomato sauce, rice, steak sauce and spoon into peppers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
