HOT FRUIT CASSEROLE 
1 c. sliced pineapple
1 c. pears
1 c. peaches
1 c. apricots
1 jar apple rings
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sherry

Drain fruit. Put in casserole. In double boiler heat butter, sugar, flour and sherry until thick as cream. Pour over fruit and let stand at least overnight. Heat when ready to serve. Serves 12.
