CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 c. cooked chicken
2 c. chopped celery
1 onion, chopped
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
3 tsp. lemon juice
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. white wine
Salt
Pepper
Melted butter
Bread crumbs
Chopped broccoli (optional)

Saute chopped vegetables. Add to chicken. Add cheese, almonds, soup and seasonings. Add mayonnaise and wine. Add broccoli, if desired. Pour into large casserole. Top with bread crumbs mixed with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, uncovered.
