BROCCOLI AND TOFU STIR FRY 
1 bunch broccoli, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 carrots, sliced
1 lb. drained tofu, sliced into chunks
Soy sauce
Sesame oil

Heat wok or skillet. Add small amount of sesame oil until very hot. Add all ingredients and cook until tender. Serve with soy sauce and cooked rice.
