BROCCOLI PUFF 
2 (12 oz.) pkgs. frozen, chopped broccoli (thawed) or 6 c. fresh
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 egg
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
Bread crumbs

Place broccoli in casserole dish (9x13). Combine soup, mayonnaise, egg and 3/4 cup cheese. Pour over broccoli. Top with remaining cheese and bread crumbs. 350 degrees, 40 minutes.

Squeeze out broccoli - frozen. Fresh - boil 10 minutes before use.
