CHOCOLATE CREAM DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts
2 heaping tsp. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
4 1/2 oz. Cool Whip
2 sm. boxes instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
4 1/2 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped nuts

FIRST LAYER: Mix the first four ingredients together and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

SECOND LAYER: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 4 1/2 ounces Cool Whip together. Spread on crust.

THIRD LAYER: Mix pudding with milk and spread on second layer.

FOURTH LAYER: Spread on 4 1/2 ounces Cool Whip and chopped nuts. Cover and refrigerate!
