PORK SAUSAGE RING 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
2 c. fine cracker crumbs (saltines)
1/3 c. minced onion
1 1/2 c. fine chopped apple
2 lb. bulk pork sausage (seasoned)

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into a ring in a 9 x 13 pan.

Bake 1 hour in 350°F preheated oven.

To Serve: Transfer ring to a round serving platter. Fill ring with sautéed mushrooms. Surround ring with scrambled eggs.
