PEACH COBBLER 
FILLING:

6 c. sliced peaches
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch

BATTER:

1/4 c. butter, melted
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder

Cook peaches, sugar, water and cornstarch until thick. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan. Spoon batter on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Makes 20 slices.
