PEACH PEACHY COBBLER 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. (12 large) soft oatmeal cookies
2 (21 oz.) can peach pie filling

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place 8 cookies in Ultra 21 2 quart casserole. Crumble 1 cookie to fill in center space. Spoon in pie filling. Cut remaining 3 cookies in half; arrange on top of filling. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes.
