1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. onion
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. Heinz 57
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
