GREAT MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. soft white bread
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. allspice
1 tbsp. finely chopped onions
1/4 c. water chestnuts, chopped (opt.)
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley

Mix all ingredients well. Shape into 40 meatballs. Either microwave or bake (best when cooked on rack or in oven safe colander so fats may drain off meat). Serve with sweet and sour sauce or barbecue sauce.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
