LITE CHICKEN - BROCCOLI STIRFRY 
4 to 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 bunches of broccoli, cut up
1 lb. carrots, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. paprika
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
1/2 tsp. crazy salt (herbs)
Brown long grain rice
1 c. lite chicken bouillon
2 tbsp. lite stir fry sauce

Brown cut up chicken breasts in Pam sprayed wok and set aside. Stir fry vegetables in chicken bouillon until cooked but crisp. Add in chicken and lite stir fry sauce and cook a few minutes until chicken is done; serve over cooked brown rice.
