ZUCCHINI-TOMATO CASSEROLE 
1 can zucchini-tomatoes
10 or 12 Ritz crackers or Cheese Ritz
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
4 tbsp. butter

Pour contents of can of zucchini-tomatoes into casserole. Crumble crackers and sprinkle over top of casserole. Spread cheese and butter over cracker crumbs. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 5-6.
