LINGUINE WITH HAM & VEGGIES 
8 oz. linguine
2 oz. thinly sliced ham, cut into strips
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1/3 c. coarsely grated Parmesan cheese

Combine oil and ham in a large frying pan. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat for approximately 3 to 4 minutes. Add onions, tomatoes and olives, let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cook linguine; drain. Add pasta to frying pan; mix well. Top with Parmesan cheese to taste.
