KOLDOMAR (Cabbage Rolls) 
1/4 c. rice (cooked, drained, cooled)
1 1/2 lbs. ground pork
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 med. onion (chopped fine)
1 good size cabbage head

Mix together the above ingredients. Steam large cabbage head for 5 minutes or until you can handle leaves without breaking them. Place approximately 2 tbsp. of meat mixture in each leaf. Roll up and secure with white thread or toothpicks. Brown in butter or other fat until nicely brown, watch carefully as they brown easily. When brown, add boiling water just so it almost covers. Simmer for approximately 1 hour under a tight cover. Juice makes a delicious soup.
