YON MAZETTA 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 onions, chopped fine
2 green peppers, chopped fine
1 stalk celery, chopped very fine
2 cans tomato soup
2 cans mushroom soup
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. egg noodles

Brown ground beef, onions, peppers and celery. Add soups and cheese. Simmer: sauce until cheese melts. Cook egg noodles in salt water; drain. Arrange noodles in bottom of large pan. Pour sauce on top of noodles.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
