ICE CREAM PIE 
18 Oreo cookies, crushed
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 gallon ice cream
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk (5 oz. can)

Combine cookie crumbs and 2 tablespoons melted butter; press into 9 inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Press softened ice cream into pan, freeze until hard.

Combine chocolate, sugar, 1 tablespoon butter and milk in pan. Cook about 1 minute past boiling, until thickened. Cool. Spread over ice cream and freeze.
