ICE CREAM PIE 
18 Oreo cookies
1/3 c. melted butter
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 qt. ice cream
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Crush cookies. Add melted butter and mix well. Press over sides and bottom of 9-inch pie pan. Chill. Melt chocolate in double boiler. Stir in sugar and 1 tablespoon butter. Add evaporated milk slowly. Continue cooking until thickened. Chill. Whip cream. Refrigerate.

Fill pie shell with ice cream. Cover with fudge mixture and top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with nuts. Freeze until ready to serve.
