9" SUPER STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 pt. strawberries, fresh
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 pt. berries
Cooked pie crust

Crush strawberries, stir in cornstarch, granulated sugar and lemon juice. Cook over moderate heat, stirring until clear and thickened. Cool. Halve the berries and fold into cooled mixture. Pour into crust (cooked). Refrigerate until well chilled. Garnish with whipped cream.
