HOT ZUCCHINI SALAD 
4 c. sm. sliced zucchini, unpeeled
1 sm. onion, chopped
14 oz. can chopped mild green chilies
3/4 lg. Monterey Jack, cheese, cubed
1 lb. carton sour cream
3 c. Nacho corn chips, partially crushed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Toss together and bake in buttered 2 quart casserole dish, about 1 hour at 325 degrees. Let stand 15 minutes.
