ZUCCHINI SALAD 
2/3 c. white vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

3 c. sliced zucchini
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. green pepper

Refrigerate at least 2 hours, best overnight.
