ZUCCHINI SALAD 
7 sm. zucchini squash, thinly sliced
1 sweet red pepper, thin strips
1 green pepper, thin strips
3 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1 sm. red onion, thinly sliced in rings
1 c. Italian dressing
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. basil

Mix last 4 ingredients and toss with vegetables. Serve tossed or arranged on plates. Serves 8-10.

Great for cookouts.
