BROWN BUTTON MINI CAKES 
BATTER:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. Crisco
1 c. water
1 tsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
6 oz. mini chocolate chips

Blend cream cheese, sugar and egg. Fold in chocolate chips and set aside. Combine batter ingredients and fill mini cupcake pan 2/3 full. Drop 1/2 teaspoon of filling in each. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
