Vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Foiled cup holders

Place one vanilla wafer in each liner. Mix cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar until well blended. Add eggs; mix well. Pour over wafer 3/4 full. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Can top with small amount of cherry pie filling when cool.
