CHICKEN PASTA SALAD | |
1 box of package of Rotini colored curly noodles 10 chicken beasts 10 tomatoes 1 package of frozen petite peas 4 packages HIDDEN VALLEY® dressing (prepared according to directions) Boil chicken breasts until meat falls off bone. In another pan boil your Rotini noodles. Do not over cook the noodles the should be a little firm. Dice and seed the tomatoes. Once chicken has cooled separate meat from the bones. In a large bowl put in small shredded pieces of chicken, drained noodles, diced tomatoes, package of thawed petite peas. Slowly pour in Ranch Dressing. Mix together gently. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Better the next day! |
