MUSHROOM SPREAD 
1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
1/2 can chopped black olives (4 oz. can)
2 tbsp. instant minced onions (or 2 green onions sliced)
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise or enough to hold mix together

Mix all ingredients well. May be made ahead of time and refrigerated for 3 days. Spread on cocktail rye and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes (until cheese melts).
