AMY'S STUFFED PEPPERONCINI 
These are great for game day, or any gathering.

1 jar pepperoncini (mild or hot)
1/4 lb. sandwich pepperoni
1/4 lb. salami
1/4 lb. ham
1/4 lb. provolone cheese
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/3 cup chopped black or green olives
1 cup international dressing

Drain jar of peppers, using gloves cut tops of peppers and remove seeds. Set peppers aside. Cut meat and cheese into small dices, Put into bowl, add olives, parmesan cheese, and dressing. Let set in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Take peppers and stuff peppers with the meat and cheese mixture. Sit back and watch them fly off the plate!
