NEW YORK CHEESECAKE 
1 lb. 14 oz. cream cheese
7/8 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 extra lg. egg
1/2 c. heavy cream
3/4 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar with cornstarch. Add to cream cheese and mix. Add egg and blend. Then add heavy cream a little at a time and mix. Then add vanilla and mix. Now for the baking. Add ingredients to well greased 7" pan with graham cracker crust on bottom of pan. Bake at 450 degrees for approximately 40 to 45 minutes until top is golden brown. Cool for about 3 hours.
