PORK TENDERLOINS 
2 pork tenderloins
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. orange juice
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 sprigs fresh thyme
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. olive oil

Criss cross score each of the tenderloins. Marinate in soy sauce, orange juice, sugar, garlic, pepper and thyme for 2 hours. Brown 3-4 minutes each side in butter and oil. Remove thyme from marinade and pour marinade over pork in saute pan. Cover and cook over medium heat until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees. Remove and slice pork. Continue cooking marinade, uncovered, until sauce reduced by 1/2. Pour over sliced pork and serve immediately.
