NECTARINES ROYALE 
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. Cointreau
4 c. sliced nectarines (or comparable fruit)
Dash salt
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. vanilla yogurt

Blend honey and Cointreau. Add to sliced fruit with salt combining gently. Chill. At serving time whip cream until stiff with sugar. Stir yogurt until smooth and fold into cream. Spoon over fruit at serving. Serves 4-5.
