ORANGE - PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. whole milk
3 eggs
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained

Mix all these ingredients and beat at medium speed (do not over mix). Pour into 3 (8 inch) cake pans which have been greased and floured. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool 10 minutes on cake rack in pan. Remove to rack.

HAWAIIAN ICING:

1 pt. whipping cream or 9 oz. whipped topping
1 pkg. dry instant vanilla pudding
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, not drained
1/2 c. coconut for top of cake, optional

Decorate cake with coconut and orange slices if desired; refrigerate until time to serve. Serves 14-16.
