PEACH CRUNCH 
Peaches (as many as needed)
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. oatmeal

Peel and slice peaches, put in long 11x13 inch pan. Take 1 cup flour and 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup butter, cut up and blend as for pie crust. Then add 1 cup oatmeal. Sprinkle over peaches and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
