LAYERED ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 (1 3/8 oz.) pkg. chili seasoning mix
1 (10 oz.) pkg. flour tortillas
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

1. Place beef in bowl; cover with plastic wrap. Cook in microwave on high until almost done. Stir in beans, seasoning mix and 1 cup water. Cook, covered on high 5 minutes, stirring once.

2. Pour sauce into pie plate. Dip both sides of tortillas in sauce. Layer beef mix and tortillas in microwave safe 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over all. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Cook on medium high 10 minutes. Turn dish once. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with lettuce and tomato.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
