LOADED STEAK & BACON NACHOS 
1-1.5 lb. top round or skirt steak (cubed)
1 pkg. bacon (chopped, may sub. bacon bits)
8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese (grated)
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese (grated)
1 pkg. Taco Seasoning
2/3 c. water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (6 oz.) can jalepenos (or fresh, sliced)
1 pkg. grape tomatoes (chopped)
1 medium white onion (chopped)
1 bag corn tortilla chips
baking pan (or foil) at least 2 in deep (11x9x3)

Optional Toppings:

salsa
sour cream
guacamole
chopped cilantro

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over MED-HI heat. Add steak and onion, sauté approximately 12 minutes. Add H2O and Taco Seasoning. Cook according to instructions from Taco Seasoning Packet.

Preheat oven to 450°F.

Spread even layer of chips in a baking pan. Sprinkle with both cheeses, bacon and steak. Add another layer if room permits, same way.

Bake for 7-10 minutes, til Cheese is melted. Top with remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
